Expectations
Within 48 hours of purchasing this product you will recieve an email with a link to your Client Portal where you will find the next steps on what we are working on.
During our relationship there will be a mutual expectation of each party, both the client and the agency, to make all due dates laid out in the client portal. For example, if the client does not upload their content on time, then posting will be delayed and there may be a gap in posting. If the agency is delayed then they will refund the client $10/day within 30 days. The agency reserves the right to off board the client without refunds if the client does not meet due dates.
Content creation is not included in this service. What is included is editing of raw content that is provided by the client and then edited by the agency along with the branding guidelines.
Purchase of this product gives you one month, or thrity days, of social media management. There are no refunds available due to the nature of this service. Posting will start after the onboarding process. We recommend three months minimum to see results due to the onboarding process and the slow nature of organic marketing.
